PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an induction heating-roll using the three-phase AC(Alternating Current) is provided to control the temperature deviation of a roll by controlling voltages at an external of the roll. CONSTITUTION: In order to minimize the loss of hysteresis generated in an internal of a coil assembly, a silicon steel plate(2) is wound in a tubular type. A plate(5) serving as a magnetic path is provided on both end of the silicon steel plate(2). Thereafter, the silicon steel plate(2) is annealed. Thus, the stress of the silicon steel plate(2) and the plate(5) is released. A coil(3) for supplying the power is wound on the silicon steel plate(2). An outer surface(4) of the roll emits heat by a secondary induced current. Heat due to the eddy current and the loss hysteresis is also generated.
