PURPOSE: An apparatus for injection-molding a case of a writing tool and a case for the writing tool are provided to reduce the fault rate of the case and to improve the productivity by preventing a spiral section protruded from an inner portion of the case from being broken when the spiral section is separated from a molding section. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of injection molding sections(20) are installed in an injection molding device(10). The injection molding section(20) includes an inner core(22) and an outer core(21) which is positioned at an outer portion of the inner core(22). A plurality of outer cores(21) are mounted on a mold frame(12). A stopper plate(13) is installed at one side of the mold frame(12) so as to settle the inner core(22) thereon. A core plate(14) is installed at one side of the stopper plate(13) so as to support an inner core supporting section(222). The second fixing plate(15) is provided at one side of the core plate(14) for fixing the core plate(14). A plurality of cylinders are installed on the first and second fixing plates(11,15).
