摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is an electrochemical machining process with current density control based which balances the speed of dissolving manufacturing subjects with that of spreading ions of the subjects so that it produces manufactured subjects with uniform diameter by length. CONSTITUTION: The electrochemical machining process with current density control based comprises the steps of: (i) dipping a cathodic pole in electrolyte and transferring the manufacturing subjects on the surface of electrolyte to contact with electrolyte for generating current(S10); (ii) transferring the manufacturing subjects on the surface of electrolyte to eliminate permitted voltage and then dipping again(S20); (iii) setting diameter, current density, manufacturing time interval and volume constant of the manufacturing subjects(S30); (iv) permitting voltage to the cathodic pole and the manufacturing subjects to calculate and measure surface area, permitted current and electric quantity as manufacturing goes on(S40); and (v) repeating until the diameter of the manufacturing subjects approaches that of goal and then terminating manufacturing(S50).
