PURPOSE: A structure for installing a branch port to a water pipe is provided to easily install the branch port to the water pipe by forming a hole at a branch area of the water pipe and inserting the branch port into the hole. CONSTITUTION: A hole(2) is formed at a branch area of a water pipe(1). A branch port(3) is inserted into the hole(2). The branch port(3) has a conical section(10) at a front portion thereof. A bending section(11) making contact with an inner peripheral portion of the hole(2) is formed at an inner portion of the branch port(3). A plurality of elongated slots(12) are formed adjacent to the bending section(11). Screw portions(13,14) are formed at inner and outer surface of the branch port(3). A protrusion(15) is formed at one side of the outer surface of the branch port(3). An O-ring(22) is rested in an O-ring slot(21) formed in a supporting member(4). A nut(30) screw-coupled with the screw portion(14) of the branch port(3) is coupled to the supporting member(4). A coupling screw(5) is screw-coupled into the screw portion(13) of the branch port(3).
