PURPOSE: Provided is a urine collection controller which measures the quantity of urine and patients' urination time and displays outside so that it always helps to clean around patients' urination part in the wake of urination. CONSTITUTION: The urine collection controller comprises the parts of: a control part(19) which responds to an external signal to generate a drive signal for an urination pump, counts set time to generate a drive signal for a bidet pump, responds a flux detection signal to count urination time and quantity and displays time and display; a drive part for the urination pump(10) which responds to the drive signal for the urination pump to drive the urination pump; a flux detection sensor(5) which uses the control part to generate the flux detection signal for measuring urination quantity and time; and a display part(11) which responds to a control signal to display the measured urination quantity and time to patients or patrons.
