TV TUNER CAPABLE OF OUTPUTTING WIDE BAND SIGNAL BY USING SINGLE LOCAL OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A TV tuner capable of outputting a wide band signal by using a single local oscillator is provided to reduce the size of a TV tuner by reducing the number of local oscillator and to realize a low price of the TV tuner. CONSTITUTION: In a TV signal receiving tuner, a local oscillation signal output from a local oscillator(19) is directly applied to a first mixer(9) through a first programmable divider(16) to receive a UHF TV signal. The local oscillation signal output from the local oscillator is applied to the first mixer after the frequency is divided to 1/3 by the first programmable divider to receive a VHF high-band TV signal. The local oscillation signal output from the local oscillator is applied to the first mixer after the frequency is divided to 1/5 by the first programmable divider to receive a VHF low-band TV signal.
