The procedure for applying a layer of glass fibre fabric (12) to a wall (11) that has been coated with adhesive consists of supporting the roll of fabric (2) on a shaft with two legs (4) in an inverted V-shape at each end. The top edge of the fabric is then taken to the top of the wall, using a step ladder, and the layer is smooth out over the wall before trimming at floor level. The roll support is then moved to the next position and the process repeated. |
