PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding guide structure of a wire harness winding device which is made to prevent the wire harness from dropping off from a helical groove in the winding drum by controlling play when winding a wire harness. SOLUTION: A winding drum 12 which winds and rewinds a wire harness 11, is accommodated to be freely rotated inside the case 15, which is provided with a harness lead-out port 14 drawing out the wire harness 11 wound on the winding drum 12. A harness guide part 16 is expanded from the harness lead-out port 14. The wire harness 11 drawn out through the harness lead-out port 14 is guided outward by the harness guide part 16. A rib 50 which presses the wire harness 11 against the outer circumference of the winding drum 12, is provided on the base end part 40 of the harness guide part 16.
