PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver, that can totally reflect the desire of a user in the case of extracting a program among receptible programs by digital broadcasting. SOLUTION: A memory 202 stores the priority set by the user as to attributes of a program, such as genre, broadcast time and charging, and a CPU 201 totally discriminates whether each program included in EPG information received by an antenna 5 is along with the desires of the user, on the basis of the priority stored in the memory 202, extracts programs closer to the desires of the user and displays them on a display device 31 of a television receiver 3 as a list.
