PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication recording adaptor for achieving a universal, simple security function by providing a function for recording the state of the utilization of communication as one living rhythm information for conforming safety for remote conformation. SOLUTION: The communication recording adaptor records the date/time for detecting the dialing and/or signal arrival and/or start of communication and/or end of communication that are effective as living rhythm information in a recording section 34 as communication record, and reports the recorded details of the recording section 34 to a ground-to-ground communication record- reading request by a PB signal or a voice signal that is recognized by a PB signal/voice signal detection section 40 automatically by a synthesis voice and/or PB signal.
