PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device which is capable of preventing fluid from penetrating into a coil and terminals. SOLUTION: A bobbin, a coil 52, and a terminal 53 are sealed with a coating resin member 54. The coating resin member 54 is interposed between the conductor coil 52 and terminal 53 and between a stator 55 and a housing 56 for insulation. A small ring 59 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the insulating resin member 54, by which fluid is prevented from penetrating along the outer circumference of the insulating resin member 54. A welding part 541 welding with resin that is formed into a connector cap 581 is provided to the edge of the insulating resin member 54 on a connector 58 side, and the insulating resin member 54 and the connector cap 581 are welded together. Therefore, fluid penetrating through a boundary A between the connector cap 581 and the housing 56 is blocked, so that fluid can be prevented from penetrating into the terminal 53 and a terminal 582 through the boundary A.
