PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain low spurious level and high-frequency accuracy, without increasing the power consumption of a signal generator for digital signal processing. SOLUTION: A receiver is provided with a first mixer 203, which converts received signals into IF signals, based on the output of a phase locked loop 208 which operates by using a first digital local oscillator 206 as a reference signal and a second mixer 302 which converts its output signal into a detector- processed frequency, based on the output of a second digital local oscillator 307 through by A/D-conversion of the output of the first mixer 203. The receiver is also provided with a filter 209 between the first mixer 203 and an A/D converter 204 or between the converter 204 and the second mixer 302, and the oscillatable frequency step of the first digital local oscillator 206 is set larger than that of the second digital local oscillator 307.
