PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the entire thickness of an electronic device, especially a circulator or an isolator, by eliminating failure in fixing a housed object 9 and in assembling a lid 1 caused by a slight fluctuation in H1 dimension. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus is provided where an object is housed in an enclosure where a flange part is formed toward the outside of an upper- part opening part and the flange part is inserted in a lid where a flat ceiling is provided and a side plate is formed at its end part, so that the housed object is sealed. Here, the side plate of the lid is provided with a claw part which comprises a single or a plurality of claws, with an interval. While the housed object hits the ceiling, with the housed object applied with pressure toward the bottom part of the device, the claw is folded down and engaged with the lower edge of the flange part.
