PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephone having such an antenna arrangement as the effect onto a human body can be lessened by reducing radiation of electromagnetic wave to the head part of a user as much as possible. SOLUTION: An antenna part 16 is located oppositely to the operating side with respect to a control board 15 disposed in a case 11 while overlying the control board 15. When the radio telephone is used, the control board 15 is interposed between the antenna part 16 and the head part of a user so that the control board 15 suppresses electromagnetic wave advancing toward the head part.
