PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission method for a packet data format provided with a control part and a data part following it. SOLUTION: At the time of sending such a packet data format, a data rate is switched by a control instruction sent within the control part in the case between the control part and the data part. The changeover is performed so as to increase the data rate for the data part substantially exceeding the data rate of the control part.
