PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report coming of time at various timings. SOLUTION: A user sets service. Service is set in accordance with a daily routine. Setting contents are (1) the communication unit of a report destination, (2) a daily routine item (rising, for example) related to a report, (3) reporting time, (4) the contents which are to be received at the time of reporting and (5) temporary stop and resumption of reporting. When service setting is completed, service restricted to the setting content is given to the user from a call service center 10. The setting content can be viewed by a web base and it can be used for confirming the daily routine. The setting content can be changed at the time of reference.
