SYSTEM TO BE ACCESSED BY MANY AND UNSPECIFIED USERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a better response to a specific priority user than to general users in a system to be accessed by many and unspecified users through a network. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a device for detecting entering/ leaving of the priority user to/from a store and instructing the registration/ deletion of a condition for preferentially processing the user to a priority controlling mechanism. The priority processing is performed according to small number of conditions for distinguishing the priority user to be given priority processing presently from other general users. This system has a constitution different from conventional techniques where many conditions concerning the user to be handled as the priority user are previously and fixedly registered to perform the priority processing based on them. Thus, even when many and unspecified users access to the system, a better response is provided to the specific priority user than to the general users.
