PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head actuator that is simple in suspension structure and coil formation, highly efficient in driving of a focus and a tracking and drivable at a tilt. SOLUTION: In an XYZ rectangular coordinate system that defines X direction as a tangential direction, Y direction as a radial direction and Z direction as an optical axis direction, an optical head actuator is formed in a way to place a permanent magnet for tilt driving 101 on either a side of support member of framework 1 that fixes one end of plural elastic support member of framework 31, 32, 33 and 34 extending there through to X direction in a rough to support a lens holder 4 by suspension or a side of moving base plate 9 separated from the above lens holder 4 and the above fixed member of framework 1 and supported by suspension with at least two elastic support members of framework, and a coil for tilt driving 111 on the other side facing each other in the X direction.
