PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page for information retrieval with which information can be comfortably and smoothly retrieved on a Web site. SOLUTION: In the Web page for information retrieval provided inside the Web site opened on an information network utilizing a telecommunication line, equipped with a retrieval menu for information retrieval and capable of retrieving desired information out of a large quantity of information stored on the Web site while utilizing the retrieval menu, when a user, who accesses the Web site, is to retrieve information, on the basis of the utilization history of each of users, the menu for retrieval is automatically updated into a form judged optimal for the user, and displayed.
