PURPOSE: Provided is the trainer's management system for a virtual reality simulator which is used in the training of various industrial cranes in construction and other feeling simulator of the virtual reality. The system provides various working condition scenarios such as changing the training program according to the change of status, real time communication between the trainer and trainee and the complex fault status. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: the hardwares located at the trainer's room adjacent to the operating room of the simulator to control the trainees for better education; and the softwares of virtual reality simulators providing various scenarios such as instant and different changes in the training according to the change of status, the real time communication between the trainer and trainee and the complex fault status.
