PURPOSE: An automatically closed water saving equipment having a closing speed controller is provided to freely control the opening time of a waterway by controlling the elasticity of an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: An automatically closed water saving equipment having a closing speed controller comprises an upper valve assembly(20) having a waterway(22) in connection with a main pipe, elastic members(31,32,33) combined to the upper valve assembly and installed to close the waterway, a lower valve assembly having a closing speed controller(34) to control the elasticity of the elastic members, a shaft(21) to open and close the waterway, and a handle(40) for a user. Water supply time is controlled by adjusting the elasticity of the elastic members via the locking speed controller.
