PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital contents distribution system using an electronic player for containerizing digital contents having copyright to distribute electrically to the public through a transmission path and decoding enciphered digital contents to reproduce the enciphered digital contents. SOLUTION: This digital contents distribution system uses the electronic player for providing such a distribution container preventing a user who purchases the digital contents from performing illegal action such as invasion action into the copyright in the case of selling the digital contents having the copyright electrically to the public through the transmission path, simultaneously using a distribution container for the digital contents, which can reliably seek after illegal action in case the user conducts the illegal action such as to invade the copyright, and also decoding the enciphered digital contents stored in the distribution container to be able to reproduce the enciphered digital contents so as not to leak out the digital contents to the outside. |
