SOLUTION: When the general user downloads the information distributed by the distributing company with a terminal device for a consumer, the distribution fee for the general user downloading the information is made free, and a banner advertisement from the sponsor is displayed on the terminal device for a consumer, when the general user responds to the questionnaire information from the distributing company. |
