PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrum diffusion communication apparatus which can shorten the time required for a simultaneous acquisition and which can perform simultaneous acquisition at lower power consumption. SOLUTION: The spectrum diffusion communication apparatus is provided with a slot synchronous processing part 100, which identifies the timing of each slot inside a frame by using a matched filter so as to detect multipaths a frame synchronization and group identification part 102 which identifies the timing of the frame and a group of scrambling codes to be retrieved and a scrambling-code detection part 103, in which all the scrambling codes belonging to the group of the scrambling codes are demodulated, so as to match the timing of the frame identifying the scrambling codes. A maximum path, having the maximum energy from among the multipaths detected in the part 100, is detected. Regarding the detected maximum path, the frame synchronous processing operation and the scrambling code detection are performed, and other paths are detected by using only the scrambling code of the path. |
