PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to perform an electronic settlement at the delivery time of goods by a real time payment and to be able to realize an electronic commerce with extremely few leakage of a personal identification number. SOLUTION: An assistance device 3 is provided with a magnetic card reader part 31 by which data in the magnetic card can be read, a key-group 32 by which a user can key-input, a liquid crystal display part 33 and an antenna 34 by which a wireless communication between a TV 1 is performed. It is also provided with a data memory part and an electronic circuit for control both which are build in on the inside and are not shown in the figure.
