PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an advertisement information providing device for advertisement information by transmitting the advertisement information to people at a specific place in accordance with the advertisement at the specific place such as at a station and inside a train and to effectively utilize the advertisement information providing device in advertisement rate setting and an increase in an advertisement rate by counting the number of pieces of utilized advertisement information and the number of utilized persons and using the numbers as the reference of an advertisement effect. SOLUTION: An information providing server 1 and advertisement terminals 3-1, 3-2,... are connected to a network 2, and the terminals 3-1, 3-2,... can communicate with an unillustrated portable device. A program for driving the server is registered in the information providing server 1, and advertisement data and advertiser information are further stored in the server 1. The data of the number of information acquiring times and the number of personal information acquiring times and the like are also stored, and the data are accumulated, for instance, in every advertiser and outputted in each advertisement place and advertisement system. |
