PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide security insurance by an inexpensive insurance charge in the case of the arrangement of a loss preventing device even when an object is the same by which loss preventing device is disposed to the object itself in order to protect the object of security insurance from the damage. SOLUTION: An insurance company unit 31 performs inquiry to the management computer 21 of a security company via a public network 10 when insurance is calculated concerning whether an insurance contractor is previously registered as the client of a security service or not or concerning which kind of items (gas, electricity or illegal invasion) exist as monitoring items, etc., and, then, obtains an answer for the inquiry matters from the management computer 21. An insurance calculating unit 32 decides the reduction rate of a house 1a from a table with the previously fixed reduction rate in accordance with the contents of the monitoring items (e.g. only illegal invasion or gas and electricity in addition to illegal invasion, etc.), so that the insurance is calculated. |
