PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house diagnostic information service system for easily diagnosing living equipment such as household electric appliances installed in a house or the like and providing a user with the diagnosed result and relating required information at appropriate time by using a communication network. SOLUTION: To a house management server 1, the living equipment 1a is connected via information wiring 1b. Every time attribute information regarding the living equipment connected to the information wiring 1a changes or prescribed time elapses, this service server 2 is accessed via the communication network L and the individual information of the house including at least the attribute information of the living equipment is transmitted. For that, in the service server 2, the received individual information of the house is analyzed and the diagnosed result of the living equipment 1a and required advice information are returned to the house management server 1. |
