<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen control method in a multi-level color characteristic blink display type monitor device capable of preventing the blink display of a monitor screen from being missed even when viewing it in any timing. SOLUTION: In this screen control method, a monitor device for displaying information to be instructed to the outside part about the processing situation of a semiconductor according to the blink display of the monitor screen is allowed to sequentially perform a plurality of blink display whose color characteristics are made different from those of the background display of the monitor screen, and whose color characteristics are different from each other according to preliminarily decided time series. Therefore, when the blink display is performed on the monitor screen, the observer of the blink display can observe the blink operation in the same way as the conventional manner, and accurately recognize the blink operation by making any blink display different from the background color even when instantaneously viewing it. Thus, it is possible to prevent the blink display from being missed.</p> |
