PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing device, a recording and repro ducing method and an information transmission medium with which a user can view, even contents unable to be recorded, because of the copyright at a desired time, information temporarily stored can be displayed in an easy way to understand, and the copyright management and release of the view limit can be attained properly, without the need for complicated operations. SOLUTION: This invention provides the recording and reproducing device, the recording and reproducing method and the information transmission medium by which the user can temporarily record, even information with copyright protection on a recording medium, and can reproduce the information for a prescribed time or for a prescribed number of reproductions. |
