PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which enables to easily eliminate stains on the surface of a top plate. SOLUTION: A top plate 2 which is provided with a photocatalyst coating layer 9 having a photocatalyst function on the surface of a crystallized glass board 8 with light transmittance exceeding 15% at 360 nm wavelength, a ring- shaped induction heating coil 6 provided below the top-plate 2, and an ultraviolet ray lamp 7 provided at the central part of the induction heating coil 6 are equipped. The photocatalyst is activated by lighting of the ultraviolet ray lamp 7, and decomposes stains on the surface of the top-plate 2. |
