PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the electrical connection in a flexible wiring board at a surface thereof provided with an actuator. SOLUTION: An actuator 100 is provided with a cam part 110 formed of a conductive member and having an elliptic cross section and an operation lever 120 made of insulating material and for holding the cam part 110 for fixing at a tip thereof and for rotating the elliptic cross section. The cam part 110 is arranged under an upper beam 220 of a contact 200 provided with a holding and fixing part 210, the upper beam 220 and a lower beam 230. A flexible wiring board 500 is inserted between the upper beam 220 and the lower beam 230 so as to rotate the cam part 110, and an electrode part 222 of the upper beam 220 is pushed by one end of the cam part in the long diameter direction of the elliptic cross section, and the flexible wiring board 500 and the lower beam 230 are pushed down by the other end thereof. As a result, electrodes 520a and 520b of both surfaces of the flexible board 500 are electrically connected to each other.
