PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weighted and job saving lighting equipment to make the weight light, with a structure for being directly mounted on a ceiling without using a hanging bolt at the backside of ceiling, by which the cost of parts and time of execution and reduced and can be easily, mounted on a ceiling without cutting a C channel which is a metal fitting to hold the equipment on a ceiling. SOLUTION: An equipment main body supporting part 13, a side body supporting part 14, and a reflection body supporting member 15 are arranged on the inner surfaces of end plates 12 which are facing each other, and an equipment main body 23 with approximately same length with the total length of the lighting equipment of which, lower surface is opened, is supported by the equipment main body supporting part, and a side body, made of a fire retardant paper processing member, is supported by the side body supporting part, and a reflection body is supported by a reflection body supporting part. A paper tube with hollow part, or corrugated hard board using pulp as a main material, and a compressed regeneration pulp material with can be processed in required cross section shape, are used as a paper processing member.
