PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic luminescent element in which crystallization of vapor polymerization film of an organic layer and deterioration caused by a foreign substance entering in the film forming at wet process is provided and which is capable of emitting white light. SOLUTION: In the organic luminescent element, an organic layer made of a luminous layer 24 and an electron transport layer 25 that work as hole transport layers are formed by layer forming by the vapor polymerization method. In this organic layer, fluorescent pigments TPB (blue), coumarin (green) and DCM (red) dispersed and white light is emitted.
