JUNCTION OF SUBSTANCES WITH DIFFERENT COEFFICIENTS OF THERMAL EXPANSION AND ULTRASONIC WAVE TRANSMITTER- RECEIVER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction of two substances with different coefficients of thermal expansion that can enhance its junction and quality. SOLUTION: A 1st substance 2 and a 2nd substance 4 with different coefficients of thermal expansion are jointed with joining means 5, 6, 7, and at least one of the joining means has unevenness. Since the unevenness face in existence between the jointing means distributes directions of a stress exerted to a boundary face between jointing means caused by thermal expansion/ contraction, the stress exerted to the junction of the 1st substance and the 2nd substance is reduced so as to provide the junction with high quality where no bent, cracks and exfoliation or the like can be caused.
