SOLUTION: A string (2) is sewn in the middle of a belt (1) at an equal interval in parallel with the width of the belt (1), the knot of the string (2) is formed at both ends of the belt (1) and fixed, a female snap hook (3) is provided to one end of the belt (1), and a male snap hook (4) and a ring metallic fixture (5) are provided to the other end.
