PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium that can be simply disclosed to a network, without the need for reproducing the storage medium for the network. SOLUTION: Reproduction control information included in a reproduction control information file, included in the storage medium, is divided on the basis of a video image, the divided reproduction control information and its related video image are used as one set and each set is disclosed to the network. Furthermore, the reproduction control information, included in the set data disclosed to the network, is interpreted; and when it is required to store the state, data required to be stored are temporarily stored, and the video image is reproduced, on the basis of the video data included in the set data disclosed to the network, the interpretation result of the reproduction control information, the data temporarily stored if necessary, and at least part of a user interaction.
