PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction-heating-type fixing device used for an electrophotographic color copying machine, color printer, or the like. SOLUTION: The color image-reading device comprises flat manuscript glass 12 that can transmit light and retains a target to be read, a lighting device 13 for lighting the target to be read on the manuscript glass, a reduction lens 16 for converging image light from the target to be read, a three-line CCD sensor 17 for receiving image light that has been converged by the reduction lens and for outputting three electric signals corresponding to the image light, and a magnification color chromatic aberration correction circuit for comparing the remaining two output signals with a reference output signal with one output signal out of the three output signals outputted from the three-line CCD sensor as a reference, and performing specific correction to the remaining two output signals. Thus, generation of color shift of the image depending on the distance between the three-line CCD sensor and the light axis of the reduction lens is prevented.
