PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device for creating a transmission image obtained by compositing a registered pasted image with originator information, etc. SOLUTION: There are provided pasted image storing means of a transmission image and image composition means for creating the transmission image. The image read as the pasted image is registered and preserved by the pasted image storing means, and on the other hand, the selected image among the pasted images preserved by the image storing means is combined with a designated image containing originator information registered previously by the image composition means, thereby compositing a desired transmission image.
