PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a count circuit for statistical information capable of reducing a cost along with reducing a circuit size. SOLUTION: A count circuit 1 for statistical information comprises a counter 100 to break a counting when reading a counted value along with counting and holding the information, a counter 106 to count the information during a breakout of the counting of the counter 100 and an adding circuit 104 to add a counted value at the breakout and a counted value of the counter 106 to be an initial value of the counter 100 when restarting the counting of the information by the counter 100.
