PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational electric part favourable in an assembling property, inexpensive and small. SOLUTION: This rotational electric part is inexpensive and favourable in the assembling property in comparison with a conventional one to caulk a disc spring 5 on a fixed part of a mounting member 6 as well as of a stacking type to assemble it as it is devised to place a support part 5c of the disc spring 5 on an upper end surface 1h of a side wall 1d and to place an upper surface plate 6a of the mounting member 6 on this support part 5c on the rotational electric part.
