<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of furnace for producing ionized calcium using shells is provided, which enables mass production, saves manufacturing cost and energy, and decreases pollutant materials due to perfect combustion. CONSTITUTION: The furnace is characterized by comprising heat-generating furnace and shell-sintering furnace made of castables(refractory bricks). In the shell-sintering furnace, several castable plates, as fry pans, having a tilt of 30deg.C are layered at 10cm intervals with a slope to the front by 45deg.C, which results in discharge of sintered shells without trouble of drawing out by hand. Also, castables(refractory bricks) set on the point, fuel(petroleum) is oxidized, and the heat-generating furnace keeps the temperature of 800-1200deg.C, where auxiliary fuels, such as wood and waste tire, are put when the heat-generating furnace keeps the temperature over 800deg.C. Accordingly, the furnace has an energy savings effect.</p> |
