PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for attaining effective support of sales activities, using the limited business resources which include human resources. SOLUTION: In this support method, sales activity instructions are outputted in sequence, from a business management server to the terminal equipment of a business person, which are connected to the server via a computer network. Receiving the customer visiting results, the business management server outputs the instructions on business contents, including the inquiry items about customers with which the business activities can be evaluated to the terminal equipment according to the progress degrees of sales activities to the customers. |
