<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an electric double layer capacitor wherein sealing is perfect and work is easy. SOLUTION: In an electric double layer capacitor 1, an activated carbon cloth is stuck on an electrode composed of aluminum by using conductive adhesive agent, and electrolytic gel films and the electrodes are laminated alternately. The electric double layer capacitor 1 is sealed temporarily and accommodated in a box 2, and clamping is performed with wedges 3. An upper end surface is capped with a lid plate 5, and lead wires 4 of the electric double layer capacitor are led out from one surface of the box 2. The box 2, the lid plate 5 and the wedges 3 are formed of resin which is not corroded by electrolytic gel and formed integrally by using thermal welding.</p> |
