PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to record even information whose copyright is protected on a recording medium temporarily without infringing copyright protection by properly selecting a recording medium and to make the recorded information reproducible for a prescribed period and a prescribed reproduction frequency. SOLUTION: When information whose copyright is protected is to be reproduced by performing a time shift, a recording medium on which the information is to be temporarily recorded is selected according to the information of the copyright protection. |
