摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode ray tube being provided with a magnetic flux shunt plate that shunts a magnetic flux stream emitted from an internal magnetic shield edge to space at the outside of a shadow mask. SOLUTION: In order to reduce leakage magnetic flux on a surface of a stretched mask for the cathode ray tube with a flat screen to decrease deviation in beams, a magnetic flux shunt bank of a torus shape made of a soft magnetic body is placed at the outside of an explosion-proof band so as to remarkably reduce beam deviation.
