PURPOSE: Provided are a book with an extra issue which is detachable/attachable each other and its preparation method. The book is separated or attached together with the above extra issue as the user wishes and there is less chance of loss when the book is on sale or delivered. CONSTITUTION: The book consists of a cover(6), inside pages(2) and an extra issue(4) wherein the extra issue is bonded to the above cover(2). The preparation method of the book comprises: a preparation step of inside pages(2) including several little volumes(2a,2b,2c,2d), a separate extra issue(4) and the cover(6) which covers the inside pages(2) and the extra issue(4); a step of preparing the containing paper(8) of the extra issue which is bonded to the above cover(6); a step of making several knife traces(10a) on the side of the inside pages(2) and two knife traces(10b) at top and bottom for the extra issue(4) which is covered by the containing paper(8); and pasting adhesive to the side of the extra issue(4) and the inside pages(2) and boding the cover(6) to them.
