PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and surely order a necessary common receiver, in a common receiver order receiving system for receiving an order of a common receiver via a communication network. SOLUTION: A recommended common reception system fitting receiving conditions is automatically designed, by requesting the input and transmission of the receiving conditions of a user side, such as a receiving point and a receiving channel, by using a user side terminal device (S210 to S240), when the user makes an acquisition request for data for an order (S200) and performing a terminal level calculation on the basis of the receiving conditions, and the recommended common reception system is transmitted to the user side (S250). When the user decides that there is no problem of using the recommended common reception system for the time being ('decision' in S260), processing for real order reception is performed (S270 and thereafter), but when the user desires to make some changes ('change' in S260), a change request is accepted from the user and the common receiver is redesigned, on the basis of the change request (S300). |
