PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user management system and a user managing device by which useless waiting time can be eliminated as much as possible. SOLUTION: The user management device is provided with a storage means (31, etc.), for storing a reservation management database and an ID-classified utilization history management database, a reservation managing means (33b) for writing/reading/erasing reservation information to/from the reservation management database and a utilization history managing means (33c) for writing/reading/erasing utilization history information to/from the ID-classified utilization history management database. When a reservation for a facility is made from a portable terminal (4) having an inherent ID, reservation information is written to the reservation management database, and the entire or a part of the reservation information is offered to the portable terminal, and when the portable terminal comes into the facility, a utilization history is also written to the ID-classified utilization history management database. |
