PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ordering method and its system for automatically selecting an optimum dealer, among a plurality of order destination candidates and ordering merchandise. SOLUTION: When a stockout detecting part 102 detects the stockout of consumables of OA equipment 101 connected to a network and notifies an order destination deciding part 103 of the stockout, the part 103 decides an order destination dealer 110 fitting an order condition received from an order condition acquiring part 108 and an order destination decision rule stored in an order destination decision rule storing part 107 out of the order destination candidates, which an order destination candidate extraction part 104 has acquired from order destination dealers, and an ordering part 109 places orders to replenish the stockout of the consumables to the order destination dealer 110 via the network. As a result, an ordering source automatically selects the optimum order destination dealer, can automatically order the consumables and can also reduce the buying cost of the consumables. |
